SMC advises businesses in four key areas: efficiency and strategy, sales, finance, and restructuring and transformation. We work primarily with small and medium-sized companies that need structure but want to remain agile.
Our role is advisory and implementation support: we diagnose, propose solutions, and help implement them — without taking over day-to-day management. Decisions and control always remain on your side.
We are based in Gorzów Wielkopolski, serving companies from the Lubuskie, West Pomeranian and Greater Poland voivodeships. We also support business operations on EU markets.
